We’ll cover essential topics, including latch techniques, milk supply management, and solutions to common challenges, all while fostering a nurturing environment for both mom and baby. Whether you’re preparing to breastfeed for the first time or seeking more support, this class provides the practical guidance you need.
What will be covered:
- Latch Techniques & Positioning: Learn how to achieve a comfortable, effective latch to help ensure a smooth breastfeeding experience.
- Milk Supply & Demand: Understand how your body produces milk and how to maintain or increase your supply to meet your baby’s needs.
- Common Challenges & Solutions: We’ll address frequent breastfeeding challenges such as sore nipples, engorgement, and low supply, and provide proven solutions.
- Breastfeeding Myths Debunked: Separate fact from fiction when it comes to breastfeeding.
